Cancellation & Returns

We offer greatest possible practice while you shop with us online. In case if at all you are not satisfied with shopping, complete assistance would be given.

As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order.

1. Cancellation before shipment of order:

You can cancel your orders within 24 to hours of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at info@shridhas.com along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
All refunds will be made within 6 business days from the date of cancellation as Cart credits.

2. Cancellation & Replacement will be processed only at below circumstances:

  • 2.1 Within 24 Hours after parcel received If Product is damaged, Valid proof/Photographs of damage parcel should be provided by customer.
  • 2.2 Returning product within 7 days after order, if product is in damaged condition
  • 2.3 Within 2 days of parcel received which should be totally unpacked condition, unopened and in same condition sent by us. Broken or opened parcels will not be accepted for refund.

If cancellation done as per above 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and if your payment deducted then we will dispatch desired exchanged product of same or higher order value. Overall process will take 10 to 13 days. No replacement/return is accepted if product delivered is as per order invoice and in good condition. We reserve rights to accept or reject return request.

3. Cancellation after Shipment of order:

You can cancel order within 7 days from the date of shipment by visiting customer support to request a Cart credit. In case of cancellation after the shipment is made, please obtain a Return order number from Customer Support. This number and code must be printed outside the package of the shipment when you send it to the “Returns division”. Please return your packages to the seller address printed on your parcel through the SHRIDHAS International approved Carrier Service Providers in your location. No cancellation.

If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and for this reason, we recommend that you use an approved carrier service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amount attributable to) such loss or damage.

4. Your orders stands cancelled automatically in below circumstance.

Our team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details: An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier, the order will be cancelled automatically, and the two-way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a Cart credit.

The order will be cancelled automatically if Out of Stock Items before or after placing the order. We reserve right to cancel the order any time with or without any communication or intimation to customer at unforeseen situation. Hence customer need to check it periodically/frequently.
